Multiple Shipments – if you ordered more than one item, you’ll receive multiple shipments. Eg: A mug, notebook and pillow will come in 3 shipments. So calm your tits – the rest is on the way. More about why multiple shipments in my FAQ.

Shipping Delays – every item is made/printed to order, which takes 3-7 days. Plus ship time, often slower than usual at the moment. Please be patient. You get more flies with honey than vinegar.

Shipment Tracking – you will NOT receive a shipment email or tracking number (due to multiple shipments explained above). If you’re concerned please contact me (owner/designer Katie) using the CONTACT form. Please include your order number, I can’t find shit without it.

Customs Fees – if you’re outside the USA please READ FAQ about the possibility of this rare occurrence. I don’t refund for returned shipments due to unpaid import duties.
