Before messaging please note:

Multiple Shipments – if you ordered more than one item, you’ll receive multiple shipments. Eg: A mug, notebook and pillow will arrive in 3 shipments. So calm your tits – the rest is on the way. More about why multiple shipments in my FAQ.

Shipping Delays – every item is printed to order, which takes 3-7 days. Plus shipping has been slower than usual since the world went to shit in 2020. Please be patient. You get more flies with honey than vinegar, etc. But send me vinegar if it makes you feel better, it cracks me up.

Shipment Tracking – you will NOT receive a shipment email or tracking number (due to multiple shipments explained above). If you’re concerned please contact me (again Katie, CEB, Chief Executive Bitch) using the form below, including your order number.

Customs Fees – if you’re outside the USA please READ FAQ about the possibility of this rare occurrence. I don’t refund for returned shipments due to unpaid import duties.

Something arrived broken or incorrect? – that ain’t right. Message me below – take photos – I will reply ASAP requesting them.
